Driving west on I-278 (Brooklyn Queen Epxy) take I-278 W to Tillary St. Take exit 29 from I-278 W, head southwest on I-278 W, keep right to stay on I-278 W. Take exit 29 to merge onto Tillary St toward Long Island University/New York City College of Technology/Brooklyn/Manhattan Bridge/Civic Center. Merge onto Tillary St, continue on Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan. Take the Park Row exit from Brooklyn Bridge, turn right onto Brooklyn Bridge. Use the 2nd from the left lane to take the Park Row exit, keep right at the fork, follow signs for NY-9A/West Side Hwy/Church St.Follow Park Row and Broadway to Liberty St, continue onto Park Row, turn left onto Broadway, turn right after Bank of America Financial Center (on the left) and Laura M. Miranda, Attorney building will be on the right.
